Hi, I’m Pia McPherson. I’m a Certified Integrative Life Coach and a Certified HeartMath® Coach. I help people reconnect with their inner truth. I created Your Why Journey as a supportive space for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected-to explore what’s lies beneath the surface and realign with what truly matters.

My journey has been profoundly shaped by the challenges I’ve faced throughout my life. During the first ten years of my life, I struggled with various illnesses that often made me feel like the weakest among my siblings. Frequent visits to the hospital and the dentist became traumatic experiences that only deepened my sense of fear. This fear and anxiety stayed with me for many years, eventually leading to an obsession with becoming healthier.

Throughout my life, I was accompanied by a persistent feeling of uncertainty regarding my purpose, and the most challenging client I encountered was myself. However, through persistence, love, and kindness, I managed to break free from these self-imposed limitations. This transformative metacognitive process has become an integral part of who I am today. As a result, I’m now much happier, more grateful, and fully engaged in each moment of my life. I’m discovering new possibilities that I had never imagined before.
